Astig Records 2006

We are a non-profit label focused on promoting Filipino-made electronic music. Our aim is to provide a venue for Filipinos to release their own materials independently and to be an instrument in helping them achieve their goals as artists one step at a time.

"Astig" is Filipino slang. It is simply the inverted Filipino word, "tigas," which means "hard." But "astig" means more than its original term. "Astig" is also like saying, "cool" or "awesome." Thus, Astig Records.
