Daft Punk

A collection of hits spanning their career from 1993 -2005, Musique makes it a one-stop-shop for anyone wanting to get into the Daft Punk sound... well, the "popular" or "pop" ones at least.

This collection is worth it for any DP fan or as I mentioned, if you want to get into their music. But I must say that you'll have to listen to all the songs scattered on all their albums, that weren't included here.

Personally, I got into it starting from Around The World and having bought Homework in '97, their music has changed and progressed. Now it will depend on the listener whether it's for the better. I'd stay in the middle. I miss their harder, and more techno sound but I also embrace the sound that they created and embraced over the years making them stand out with a unique sound of their own.

Get this!

BT and how he got me into breakbeats...

The first time I heard this track, I was blown away. Initially heard this over a compilation and when I did, I checked out the artist, bought all his albums, and the rest is history.

I hope you'd enjoy it as much as I did when I first listened and enjoyed.

As I launch my YouTube show, I bring you the pilot episode for it. A tutorial on making your own house drum loop! Enjoy!
